Llarve and germs:
I'm a Netflix* nerd. Pretty much all I do after I get off from my awful job is come home, open a beer, and watch a movie on Netflix. As a horror hound, I recently found myself searching over and over through the same old horror movies on the beloved site, unable to convince myself to pick something I haven't seen yet. Upon delving deeper into this hesitation, I've realized that my option paralysis stems from the fear that what I'm going to watch is going to be just awful. You know - horror movie bad. All genres have terrible films - it's inevitable and a necessary evil, but no genre can lay claim to the kind of BAD flicks that lay hidden in the halls of Horror.
So, all of this in mind, I've decided to do two things for the new year of 2013.
First, I'm going to watch every horror movie on the Netflix Instant Watchlist. Indecision be damned; I'll just watch 'em all!! From the very first one on the list to the very last to the recently added to the cheesiest covers to that dreadful Micheal-Madsen-featuring scare flick that just looks miserable! I'm going put my eyes, brain, and time through the torture and watch it.
Second - and this is where you benefit from my unavoidable pain, beloved reader - I plan to post a review for each film here on this blog. So, when you see a movie that you're not sure is worth watching or not, just hop on over here and check out my review for it. And, if there's not a review up yet, send me a shout and I'll move the movie up the personal Queue.
Consider me your own personal film reviewer, or, better yet, The Netflix Horror Guy.
Let the Screams (good and bad) begin!
First on the list, a classic:

Seen it a hundred times, can't wait to see it again! Review coming soon!!
"May the Schwartz be with you!"
